Q: Who was Brightbox built for?

A: While Brightbox would love to invite everyone to the automated marketing party, the club can only handle so many of us…for now. That is why Brightbox is currently built to generate an alternative stream of revenue for:

Q: What happens to my list when I send it to you? Is everything kept secure?

A: Your list is under lock and key. The security of your clients is officially sealed into a vault by a nondisclosure agreement that is signed by both parties. Even the infamous James Bond would be scratching his head in an attempt to access your clients and their information.

Q: Are the “unsubscribers” managed or do I have to personally manage them?

A: Don’t pay attention to the haters – they are automatically taken care of by our list management system. When someone leaves you hanging, our customer management software remembers that individual and will keep them unsubscribed – unless told otherwise.

Q: Can I be blacklisted?

A: No, you cannot be blacklisted. Brightbox Expand follows the rules to a T, ensuring that every monthly email campaign is compliant with all rules and regulations.

Q: What does the “from email address” field mean?

A: The “from email address” is the address your clients will receive your email campaigns from. Send your monthly email campaigns from your personal address, work address, or even a general address (ex: info@xyz.com) – whatever fits your fancy! The world is your oyster when you are choosing your “from” address.

Q: How long does it take for me to get fully set up?

A: It’s easy as 1, 2, 3 – simply send us your logo file, client list, and agency information and voila! You’re done! Just give us approximately 2 weeks for us to build your consumer site landing page and watch it go live.

Q: What is the cost of this program?

A: This innovative lead generation platform is a mere $99 per month.

Q: Are there limitations on the size of list I can send you?

A: For 99 bucks a month our list management system can work with a client list that is a max size of 5,000 people. If your business is a-boomin’ and your list exceeds this limit, we will discuss pricing options.

Q: What are the rules regarding the list I send you? What contacts am I allowed to send you?

A: The first rule of Brightbox: your clients must have valid email addresses.

The second rule of Brightbox: your clients must have valid email addresses.

Place your client list into an excel spreadsheet with a valid email, first name, and last name along with any other information (i.e. phone number, address, etc.) that you would like to provide and our automated list management system will take care of the rest.

Q: Is there a cancellation fee?

A: Breakups are hard – but at least with this one there are no fees attached. If you decide it would be best we go our separate ways, a 30 day cancellation notice is required.

Q: Can I choose from different campaigns to launch each month?

A: Our automated email campaigns are launched on the 5th or the 20th of every month. The focus of each campaign will either be on Life, Annuity, LTCI, or DI, which we rotate on a monthly basis.

Q: Can I choose what day of the month my campaign is launched?

A: Freedom is everything. Brightbox gives you the power to choose whether you want your automated email campaign to go out on the 5th, the 20th, or not at all. Keep in mind that there may be a 1-2 day variation depending on which day of the week the 5th and 20th fall on.
